$28,500,000 – Santa Barbara, CA

Love this contemporary so much, I made it my profile picture for Facebook and Twitter. Dubbed The Glass Pavilion, this 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom is architecturally amazing. Boasting 14,000 square feet of living space, a wine cellar, space for 32 vehicles, and 2 fireplaces, I truly have never seen a home like this. The unique manse, built this year, has a stunning, modern interior with views of the beautiful, 3.5 acre plot, which was bought for about $3 million in 2005. Beyond comparison, and unlike anything I have ever seen before. I realize that I do, usually, only post properties that are new-to-the-market, but this place is so impressive, I thought I had to share.

Situated on a 1.18 acre parcel, in Westlake’s prominent Vaquero golf community, this 5 bedroom, 4.2 bathroom Mediterranean features, for all who like to dance, a very unique “disco tech.” With a stunning, contemporary interior, the 7,800 square foot estate boasts a cabana, pool with swim-up bar, game room, 4 car garage, 4 fireplaces, fitness center, and, included in the sales price, a country club membership. Built in 2006, the magnificently designed residence has a very open, lofty feel and beautiful concrete floors. The backyard, which is just as impressive as the interior, is perfect for all sorts of entertaining.

$5,950,000 – Palm Beach, FL

While I’m not too keen on the facade of this Palm Beach estate, the interior is drop-dead gorgeous! Designed by Clarence Mack, the home, which is not far from the water, includes 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Classy, yet casual, the 51-year-old, 6,500 square foot manse features a swimming pool, cabana, 12 foot ceilings, and 2 car garage. Located in one of Florida’s most affluent areas, it is very close to that $84 million spread, and many other notable homes. Like I said previously, the interior is just magnificent. At $6 million, someone will definitely scoop this place up, but still, it doesn’t, at all, compare to the Seattle residence we looked at yesterday.

$9,500,000 – Clyde Hill, WA

I’m a sucker for a Bentley! This Clyde Hill manse is probably the most well done, best designed property on the market right now. The 11-year-old, 12,000 square foot estate boasts 6 bedrooms, 7.75 bathrooms, and an “8 car auto salon.” Situated on a 1.11 acre lot, the home features many luxurious, fantastic amenities, such as a billiards room, swimming pool, screening room, and virtual golf simulator. The interior was very well put together, and I love the colors that the designer chose. While it doesn’t include an avocado orchard, like this place in Santa Barbara, the backyard is wonderful and great for entertaining.
